Key Responsibilities
-
Support sales team on tender specifications, client requirements and define optimal solutions for lift modernization/ replacement
-
Act as main liaison when dealing with various factories and engineering centers
-
Follow up and follow through until prices and technical concerns are answered/ closed timely by the said factories/ engineering centers
-
Clarify and work to resolve issues with factory during manufacturing process
-
Liaise with local supply chain and vendors on quotations
-
Handle all site survey activities for Modernization (S) & Total Replacement
-
Identify & record existing equipment specification and condition as well as site conditions (access, constraints and necessary modifications)
-
Preparation of site survey reports
-
Responsible for the preparation of drafts, sketches, shop drawing, As-Built Drawings for all projects secured by the team
-
Conduct feasibility checks based on the site survey reports
-
Responsible for solution configuration based on customer specifications and site survey (incl. all necessary costs adjustments & checks)

Responsible for the safety and protection of himself/herself and the environment while carrying out any site activities
-
To perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by HOD
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or relevant disciplines
-
Min. 4 years of sales engineering experience
-
Sound technical knowledge in elevators, escalators and mechanical strength calculation
-
Understand and able to apply on local code of practices
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suites and AutoCAD
-
Excellent stakeholders and communication skills, able to work independently
-
A team player; enjoy working in dynamic and multicultural business environment
