Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of technical designs, policies, and standards for GBS Workplace Technology services
- Implementation of Microsoft Office 365 technologies, supporting technologies and migrations of business acquisitions and divestitures
- Provides specialist guidance and support for other GBS IT teams to ensure the service is healthy, available and utilized efficiently
- Facilitates open communication and discussion between direct colleagues and other teams to support engineering activities and operational support escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Information Systems Management) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of overall experience with Information Technology in a matrixed environment
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team with members in APAC, EU and North America.
- Expert Microsoft Office 365 technology skills at a global enterprise scale:
- Teams
- Exchange Online and on-premises
- Power platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Automation based on PowerShell, Graph API and Azure Automation runbooks
- Supporting auxiliary technologies:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- On-premises Active Directory
- Windows 10/11 Endpoint configuration and integrations
- Microsoft Office configuration and integrations
- Relevant certifications, either in possession of or demonstrative of skill level:
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
- PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
