• Support the team in project planning activities and in evaluating risks.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.

Skills
- Exp in Support, upgrade, maintenance of ETL server/client/jobs
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology/ SAFe Practices
- Establish, maintain and enforce ETL design principles, techniques, standards and best practices.
- Exp working with & able to demonstrate knowledge of complex Informatica transformations.
- Exp working with very large data sets
- Exp working on UNIX platforms - AiX.
- Exp in ETL performance tuning /optimization
- Exp drafting ETL specifications.
- Exp developing complex ETL mappings.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data transformation, conceptual data modeling, data transformation &metadata management.
- Strong knowledge of Unix & Unix Shell scripting
- Experience with Enterprise Scheduling tools such as Control-M is a plus.
- Tools, Concepts and Methodologies of BI/DWH.
- Exp in Review and assess existing ETL applications, to support new features, performance improvements, upgrades, and ongoing sustainment
- Support on-going ETL environment and support during maintenance or failure
- Work closely with ETL migration/ network teams and DBA’s on operational failures and triage issues.
- Good understanding of various data models, both relational and dimensional and their associated principles.
- Able to maintain excellent Customer Relations, Stake holder connect – forms productive relationships with stakeholders & development teams.
- Excellent writing & communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and Strong technology driven mindset.
- 3.5-6 years’ experience in performance tuning of report under high data volumes.
