Incubment will Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and isolate failure point including hardware, software, network, application, training and / or documentation.
Asset management, imaging of windows , reimaging, laptop assiagnment , recovery, hardware support on all IT assets. Willingness to work in flexible shift timings 24/7.Good communication, soft skills, awareness of latest technology. Handle regular BAU task act as frontend SE. Engineer has to take responsibilities of hosting tech and process refresher sessions on a weekly basis, Added on Engineer should also work on SDL2 ticket queue by troubleshooting complex issues addressed to SD L2 queue from SDL1, Engineer is required to create more high standard KB's to get it published in service now knowledge base, Engineer should also take responsibility of doing random ticket audit for team members and cascade the improvising parameters to concerned team mates.
