Your Team, Your Impact
As a Senior/Staff DFT Design Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. If you picture Marvell as a wheel, Central Engineering is the center hub providing IP and back-end design services to be used by all the other spokes on that wheel, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. This team hires some of the biggest problem solvers in Silicon and has a huge impact on the work done at Marvell.
What You Can Expect
- Own completed block DFT design that requires full skills of DFT execution from design flow setup and all design/verification through Taped Out and silicon bringing up.
- Support top level DFT integration and may own top DFT verification items
- Support studies to enhance and evaluate design, flow, tools
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Degrees in Mathematics, Physics, or other sciences may be considered, provided adequate coursework in electronics or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Design for Test (DFT).
- Solid knowledge of DFT and ASIC design flow.
- Expertise in at least one specific DFT area (Scan/Compression, MBIST, BSCAN, ATPG) and ability to handle fully a DFT block design and verification
- Proficiency in using, setting up, and debugging design tools related to DFT engineering (e.g., Tessent, VCS/ModelSim/Xcellium).
- Intermediate English level for professional communication.
