Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain critical components of the Ozone software application.
- Contribute to the evolution of Ozone's engineering practices, ensuring the adoption of best practices in software design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the engineering strategy with the overall business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric development within the team.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in Express.js and familiarity with Docker are desired.
- Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, OCI, etc.) is advantageous.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience of working in a product-based organised and awareness of product management would be a big plus
