Job Description
Talented eLearning Developer & Visual Designer with experience in video development to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in instructional design, eLearning development, visual design, and video production. In this role, you will collaborate with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and clients to create high-quality, interactive eLearning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure eLearning content is accessible, interactive, and responsive across various devices.
- Implement instructional strategies, including scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of eLearning modules.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eLearning development and visual design.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into eLearning projects.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eLearning development, including storyboard creation, asset design, and course authoring.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Animation skills would be a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of eLearning projects, visual design work, and video production/editing.
