A Glimpse into Your New Role
- Deliver top quality design work through a variety of output (e.g. eLearning materials, videos, posters, and other instructional collaterals)
- Liaise with project stakeholders to identify their instructional design needs and ensure that such are effectively addressed
- Take ownership to oversee the development of training collaterals and ensure that the project is prioritized based on the given deadline
- Evaluate the quality of the eLearning Designers’ instructional design output following the internal quality standards
- Develop the skills of the eLearning Designers by consistently providing feedback on their output and introducing them to new design trends and strategies
- Be involved in planning and designing strategies and make effective use of various instructional tools to implement instructional design solutions and achieve the desired business impact
- Facilitate and/or attend meetings to discuss project milestones, negotiate needed resources and recommend plans to accomplish the project within its timeline
- Provide the necessary technical leadership and work to manage the design and development of learning solutions
What You’ll Bring
- Has earned a Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in the same field
- Has a creative vision and should be able to align the instructional design initiatives so that the business goals are achieved
- Should possess good analytical skills and should be customer centric
- Should be self motivated and should have excellent analytical skills
- Has good communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Office and authoring tools needed to deliver instructional design output for face-to-face training and eLearning
- Able to apply effective time management and organization skills
