Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Document Controls Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for managing document control processes, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, and leading the document management team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of industry practices, and proficiency in electronic document management systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee document control work processes and ensure the efficient utilization of electronic systems for document management.
- Implement and maintain corporate procedures related to document management.
- Perform in a lead capacity, guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of database concepts and project-related software.
- Train staff on the use of project-related software and document control procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of document control processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare reports on document control activities for senior management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma (or equivalent), and typically 12+ years of related work experience with at least 8+ years in document controls (or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience).

Salary Range:
$40.05 - $70.10
