- Responsible for the entire team and activities in the assigned area to optimize the distribution of Cussons products effectively and efficiently
- Develop the area and ensure the implementation of the coverage strategy in the area
- Responsible for the entire area and distributor/account management (sell in and sell out)
- Responsible for all sales force activities in the area that is the responsibility of DM including distributor salesmen
- Responsible for coaching and training salesmen – including distributor salesmen to improve efficiency and effectiveness of salesmen vs. KPIs (number of outlet registers, number of active outlets, effective calls, frequency of calls and additional product distribution at outlets)
- Ensuring the selling out target is achieved through effective training to all salesmen and coaching salesmen
Requirement :
- Experience to handling distribution channel
- Educational Background Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline
- At least 5-7 years experience in Sales position
- Computer literate (Basic Application)
- Able to Communicate in English.
- Good administration skill
- Having good negotiation and Interpersonal skill
