As the Senior Director Revenue Growth Management North America, you will be responsible for the Revenue Management functions for all our channels including, Food Service, Retail and QSR for both of our Categories - Potato and Appetizers. You will ensure that our position in the market is strong and secure with clear price, channel and portfolio architectures. You will lead our end-to-end pricing strategies, price pack, and commercialization strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales. You will link multiple, cross-functional teams to monetize consumer insights into tangible and significant Net Realized Revenue (NRR) improvement. You'll serve as a key strategic partner to the Categories to guide the development of the category vision.
Accountabilities: • Defines the role of pricing and promotion in the category, aligned to consumer / shopper segments, evaluation of competitor pricing and promotion strategies.• Pricing strategy - prioritizes the volume and determines the cadence of SKUs to drive long-term net profit. • Key elements of strategy include:
- Targeting of key consumer segments relevant to revenue management.
- Category price structure (current and future positioning within the category).
- Defines the role of trade for each brand/channel combination in their portfolio.
- Trade strategies (e.g., brand funding rates, promotion strategies and promoted pricing).
• Ensures all strategic recommendations provide the magnitude of impact necessary for each channel to achieve annual Margin goals.• Trade analytics: Utilizes promoted pricing guidance from the Commercial Finance team to develop and communicate recommendations for promotional depth and frequency. Understand different promotion strategies and impact. • Drive thought leadership and adaptation recommendations necessary to evolve each channel's trade spend and promotional strategies by supporting the development of insights and the implementation of optimization principles across the organization.• Retail Strategy: Identify and embed insights to impact annual retail plans as well as supporting longer term strategic direction.• Food Service/QSR Strategy: Customer-Centric Price Package Architecture that considers the consumer need, the customer/channel partner, the brand message, the package configuration, the price and promotion offering.• Delivering results. Deliver tangible and sustainable growth by channel. • Ensures alignment to Strategic Business Plans.• Serves as the internal project lead for pricing, managing key stakeholders within the channels and business units while providing critical direction to the Pricing Council.• Evaluate historical performance and influence the design of new strategies to maximize performance results. • Change Management and Building the Capability of the Function.• Execute post even analysis on trade/ promotional investments across all customers. Work with sales peers to establish ROI guidelines and pivot future events where targets are not met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge.
- Commercial/customer experience in either a direct role or a close supporting role within CPG preferred. Past customer facing assignments preferred. This will be a customer-facing role.
- 10+ years of business experience, at least four years within trade marketing, consumer pricing or revenue management in the consumer sector.
- Strong understanding and command of Power BI and Excel.

Must be able to establish credibility with key stakeholders and can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Must be able to articulate a vision, prioritize work, and establish clear accountabilities.
- Strategic Thinking: The individual should be a strong conceptual thinker, able to quickly identify issues and develop solutions to complex problems. He/she must have a solid understanding of the marketing strategies and cross-functional considerations such as customer development, financial acumen and literacy, and supply chain implications of pricing.
- Communication: The individual must be able to effectively influence individuals at levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings with sales, marketing, and finance. Must be able to drive effective Change Management from both a process and cultural mindset perspective.
- Driving Alignment: The individual must be able to bring together a diverse group of functional partners, build networks, establish new ways of working between them and prioritize efforts among them to formulate robust pricing strategies and executional plans.
- Strategic Development: The individual must be familiar with the principles of building holistic, long-term (12-36 months) pricing, price-pack, and promotional pricing strategies. Candidate should know how to perform shopper segmentation and customer segmentation to determine opportunities to optimize the revenue potential within each channel.
- Broad Cross-Functional Knowledge: The ideal candidate must be able to navigate through a complex matrix of cross-functional considerations to guide strategic development and translate them into operations and execution. In addition to functional expertise in the pricing and promotional space, the ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of the selling process, the P&L, the business planning process, Brand Strategy, Supply Chain, CATMAN and Consumer Insights.
- Strong Analytical Capability: The individual must have demonstrated experience in synthesizing marketing and pricing information to draw insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results).
About the team.
You will also serve as a key thought partner and influencer to the two Category Presidents and Head of North America Sales to prioritize and guide long-range strategy development and short-term optimization to deliver aggressive NRR targets. Additionally, you manage all strategic, operational, tactical, and administrative elements of Revenue Management within all our Channels. Lastly, this roles requires you to work in close partnership with cross-functional partners to include Marketing, Sales, Customer Leadership, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Finance.
This position can be located in our Toronto, ON or Oakbrook, IL office location.

Compensation Package : $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
