We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead a talented team of digital marketers and execute our growth strategy across segments. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally as a key decision-maker within AlertMedia’s Corporate Marketing team, working closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to create demand generation programs that drive awareness and demand for AlertMedia’s full suite of products. As head of demand gen, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the strategy behind high-impact campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate the sales pipeline, and fuel bookings growth, across all segments, both domestically and abroad.

What You’ll Get to Do Every Day:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, lead, and execute a demand generation strategy that aligns with AlertMedia’s growth objectives, market positioning, and sales goals.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and optimization of multichannel, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, webinars, website, etc.) to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
  • Website Strategy: Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of our company’s website. Ensure the website aligns with our brand identity, provides an excellent user experience, and supports our marketing and business development goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion, working closely with marketing and sales operation teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting from lead generation efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and marketing performance data to continually refine campaign strategies, optimize spend, and improve ROI. Partner closely with marketing leadership to measure and report on demand generation initiatives, including pipeline and bookings contribution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, segment marketing, customer success) to ensure that demand generation campaigns are aligned with product launches, sales initiatives, and go-to-market strategies. Partner with marketing teams to support targeted, segment-specific initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team; collaborate with marketing leadership to provide ongoing and regular reporting concerning demand gen campaigns.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience building and leading high performing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Deep expertise in demand gen tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, Ahrefs, and more.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with marketing & sales teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis and create accurate forecasts based on disparate data sources to inform marketing investments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization .
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across teams to drive lead and pipeline goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve ambiguous problems.
  • BA/BS Degree in business, finance, marketing/advertising, or a related field.
  • This is a hybrid position (2-3 days a week) based in downtown Austin, Texas. We have a strong preference for this person to be in Austin, TX.
