Pet Nutrition's objective is to become a digital-first organization. To support the global ambition and successfully execute the strategic global agenda in EU (hero products) a senior digital lead is needed to drive the digital core agenda on the digital marketing space.
This pivotal role is at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation, driving the execution and adoption of cutting-edge digital marketing products In the region while shaping the future of our digital landscape to deliver maximum impact at scale.
What are we looking for?

Seasoned digital business partner with several years of experience defining and executing digital products preferred on the supply, R&D and commercial spaces

Deep understanding of CPG's and the Core function as a whole

Understanding of commercial, supply and R&D functions

Familiarized with product specification and product lifecycle management

Experience In working with product teams (product organization) In an agile methodology.

Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high Interpersonal skills

Must be customer focus with a demonstrated ability to form a productive relationship with a wide constituency, Including business leaders, IT and vendors

Ability to balance global, regional and local tensions

Tack of record working in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Act as a bridge between global and regional strategy and ambition, ensuring that EU needs are delivered while adhering to global standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration and Innovation across the teams (regional/global/third parties/MGS…), driving engagement and ensuring successful project outcomes
- Create a clear stakeholder map and plan, including decision rights and responsibilities
- Build a strong credibility and stablish rapport by keeping open communication with Internal and external stakeholders to achieve Pet Nutrition Europe objectives
- Serve as the go-to expert for the hero products on the Digital Core area (product specification, commercial, R&D, others), with deep knowledge of products/tech solutions being delivered
- Provide guidance on the adoption of the hero products in partnership with the regional Product Owners and the AOE product team.
- Oversee the Implementation of the hero products ensuring they meet the quality standards and timelines In partnership with the PO and AOE teams
- Establish and maintain a governance framework for digital core hero products, ensuring compliance with global standards, data privacy regulations and best practices
- Partner with the regional deployment team and hero product owner to ensure the adoption of the products
- Support the creation and Implementation of training programs, Including materials and user guides.
- Collaborate with the product owners, third-party vendors and AOE teams to ensure the hero products are fulfilling the needs of the region and are aligned with the business goals; solve for the GAPS to ensure the products answer the OE needs
- Partner with the product owners (regional and global), highlighting any continuous Improvement, optimization for the future of the hero products
- Drive the development and the execution of the customer excellence - core hero products in partnership with AOE team, that aligns the global strategy with the European priorities
