Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Frankfurt am Main - hybrid

Within our trade marketing team, we’re looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented digital trade marketer to own the our strategic ecommerce efforts to increase brand awareness, flawless execution of product content for our retail partners as well as owning digital trade marketing campaigns to drive sales. In addition to experience in digital marketing and the ecommerce space, the right candidate will possess a growth mindset. They will also be an exceptional communicator with superb interpersonal skills, who can interface with sales and leadership with ease.

  • Strategically plan and deliver multiplatform digital marketing campaigns aligning with our key account management team and retailers.
    Drive our brand messaging strategy and standards and drive execution of flawless product detail pages and other digital marketing activities with our retail partners.
  • Oversee conversion testing and other experiments to generate learnings for different product categories and with different retail partners.
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed.
  • Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy.
  • Coordinate GTM content to drive flawless launch execution of new products with our retail partners.
  • Develop and execute creative digital retail campaigns for each of our customers in close collaboration with our Category Marketing and Sales team to drive awareness and engagement of consumers with our products.
  • Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
  • Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities like brand pages with our retail partners.
  • Ensure the showcasing of our consumer electronics products and communication of key features online (e-retail.com) is in line with our international brand positioning.
  • Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as campaign KPIs, uplifts, etc.
  • Oversee input for PIM (Product Information Management). Ensure all data is provided and up to date, in line with launch timelines.
  • Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders of the EMEA Hub and external agencies to ensure optimal digital retail placement of our product portfolio.

Here are some thing you bring with you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Business fluent in German and English – Polish desirable.
  • 5+ years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in consumer electronics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility and ability to win in a fast-paced environment – we learn every day and therefore things are changing fast at SharkNinja.
  • Ability to work in a global environment outside of our Frankfurt office and understand structures and roles & responsibilities.
  • Proficient level of presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • High willingness for business trips.
