Job Description: Senior Digital Account Manager
The Senior Digital Account Manager plays a key role in driving the success of Fortune’s digital advertising initiatives. This position is responsible for managing and executing online advertising campaigns, developing strategic media plans, and fostering strong client relationships. The role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership and strategic planning.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, managing client expectations and building long-term relationships
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling media plans that align with client objectives and maximize revenue
- Oversee campaign optimization, leveraging data analytics to improve performance and ROI
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in digital advertising and account management
- Contribute to the development of new digital offerings and capabilities, staying abreast of industry trends
- Streamline processes for RFP responses, Insertion Orders, and sales follow-up
- Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or account management. Agency or Publisher experience preferred.
- Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad tech, and industry best practices
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influential written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly form relationships usually by telephone or email.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally; ability to exercise judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, milestones, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.
- High attention to detail. Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic, solution-oriented problem solving. Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
- Positive and confident disposition when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple customers (internal and external).
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office products. Ability to use databases. Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build positive team relationships.

Base Salary Range:
$80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. Bonus compensation also offered.
