• You will design/maintain our DevOps pipeline using proven technologies, such as Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, ArgoCD to bring 24/7 availability and resiliency to our customers.
• You will work on an application distributed across multiple data centers, with an architecture based on micro-services and synchronous replication.
• You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and others as DevOps engineer, covering software architecture, development, quality assurance, deployment and security.
• You will work in a truly international environment with main hubs across 3 continents
• You will ensure data integrity and security by implementing proper data validation and access controls.
• You will participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• You will prepare, test, present for review and execute changes in Production (requires physical presence in the office at least 2 days/week).
• You will perform changes in Production outside business hours when required (about once/month).
• You will stay up to date with the latest DevOps technologies, tools, and trends to suggest improvements and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 8 years of experience as DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Autonomous, empowered with the ability to drive, adapt and respond to change.
  • Customer oriented and quality mindset.
  • Open-minded, solutions oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, across all levels and transversally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Agile way of working is an asset.
