Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Knowledge Center India (KCI), is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

Who we are!
We are part of Digital-IT team established 16 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and automate development pipelines, using various automation tools.
- Creates application deployment strategy and responsible for deploying incremental changes to different environments.
- Work closely with various IT functions and Legal team to ensure that technical knowledge is maintained, and that Release management and other deployments can be accurately and timely answered
- Collaborate cross-functionally with roles such as IT infrastructure,
- Digital/application development, and Legal to identify and highlight gaps and risks around Cybersecurity and Data
- Protection such as GDPR Adopt new processes, tools and align DevOps policies as per well-known standards.
Experience & Key Competencies
- 5+ years of experience.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintaining and deploying application using Azure DevOps
- Build & support existing infrastructure, whilst planning & implementing new solutions Designing & implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Automate the DevOps processes from Build to Deployment stages
- Automation and optimization of our CI / CD pipeline (build, release and test)
- Cross-functional team collaboration, support the dev teams
- Manage build infrastructure
- Implement a mobile DevOps strategy
- Managing application configuration and secrets
- Manage code quality and security policies
- Implement a container build strategy
- Implement a build strategy
- Design a release strategy
- Set up a release management workflow
- Implement an appropriate deployment pattern
- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service infrastructure
Skill Set
- Expertise in Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, YAML
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Understanding of network architectures and services (e.g., VPN, routing, firewall, etc.)
- Proficiency in using Git for version control to Manage Source code repository
- Create and maintain, Build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps Design and deploy of applications and Micro Services in Azure Kubernetes Managing application configuration, secrets, code quality and security policies Implement a container build strategy
