What you’ll do:
Are you passionate about developing and optimizing cutting-edge components, assemblies, modules, and platforms? We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will:

Develop and optimize components, assemblies, modules & platforms to requirements.
-
Develop new technical solutions, concepts & innovation with a target of new product experience or drive cost out.

Responsibility for efficient design and design practices within the Architecture level.

Utilize available tools to optimize the design development & problem-solving
In detail, you will:
-
Drive product design & innovation
-
Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of the technical solutions
-
Drive innovations within the Architecture Area
-
Define and maintain the structure & design of the Architecture
-
Identify Architecture development opportunities within Built-In Ovens
-
Translate opportunities into Global Project initiatives and drive those forward
-
Designed new mechanical components by using standard CAD programs (especially Catia)
-
Utilize cross-platform use of mechanical components and subsystems
-
Working in matrix organizations and project teams
-
Release technical documentation on global mechanical components and mechanical subsystems inside PLM-System (Teamcenter)
-
Responsible for ECR/ECN/AA (Engineering Change Request, Engineering Change Notice, and Article Acceptance)
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent education background
Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles -
Good knowledge of quality tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, Tolerance analysis tools)

Basic knowledge of approval rules in different countries
-
Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management
-
Broad knowledge in food preparation appliances
-
Knowledge about appliance functionality and -safety
-
English language as mandatory
-
Strong knowledge of 3D design tools
-
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our modern factory in Świdnica manufactures various models of free-standing cookers and built-in ovens of such brands as Electrolux, AEG, and Zanussi. We put special emphasis on safety, quality and sustainability. We employ around 850 people, both in operations and factory office.
