Senior Full-Stack Developer (Key Personnel)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and administration of Drupal-based solutions for complex federal projects. This role is crucial in ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while integrating marketplace plugins and custom connectors to optimize performance. Working closely with Product Owners, Federal Project Managers, Architects, and stakeholders, you’ll contribute to major design decisions, ensuring the architecture supports evolving enterprise and case management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development & Integration: Design and develop Drupal-based solutions, integrating with federal on-prem and cloud systems while maintaining compliance with security and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- System Design & Architecture: Work with business analysts, system owners, and end-users to build scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that align with enterprise goals.
- AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI-assisted programming tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Agile Leadership: Lead teams through Agile/SAFe development processes, ensuring best practices in software development and delivery.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement marketplace plugins or develop custom connectors to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with 5+ years specializing in Drupal.
- Strong experience designing and integrating Drupal Webform Module solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security compliance in federal environments.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.).
- Agile/SAFe certification preferred; Drupal/Acquia Certification is a plus.
