SGNL’s modern Privileged Identity Management system eliminates standing access to critical systems by granting and revoking contextual access in real time, drastically reducing the potential impact of a breach. By incorporating context-based intelligence, SGNL prevents attackers—leveraging compromised credentials or other means—from freely navigating cloud applications like Azure, AWS, GitHub, and Salesforce, as well as on-prem systems.
That’s why global enterprises and fast-growing mid-market companies alike are turning to SGNL to reduce their identity attack surfaces and secure critical systems. Founded in 2021, SGNL is backed by top security technology investors, including Cisco Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Fika Ventures, M12/Microsoft's Venture Fund, Moonshots Capital, and Resolute Ventures. About You
As the Senior Demand Marketing Manager will own and execute SGNL’s multi-channel growth strategy, encompassing event marketing, ABM, and digital campaigns. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging in-person and virtual events, managing targeted ABM initiatives to engage key accounts, and running digital marketing campaigns to support our growth objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across all three areas to deliver impactful experiences for our target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to align growth initiatives with SGNL’s business goals and customer needs.

- Proven success in developing and executing ABM strategies, with experience personalizing highly creative campaigns to address the unique needs of high-value target accounts. These are hustle campaigns and engagement tactics, not just digital targeting.

- Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively

- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to measure campaign success, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications in ABM, event marketing, or product marketing are a plus. Prior sales experience is also a plus.
- This role is based remotely, but will be expected to travel up to 20% for all team meetups and off-sites and industry conferences

- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, SEO, and email marketing to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Design and manage a referral program focused on customers and partners to generate new leads, ensuring the program is promoted across appropriate channels and regularly analyzed for effectiveness. This is not a classic incentive-based program, but is more focused on developing sphere of influence and driving referral activation in coordination with SGNL’s advisors, customer success, sales, and other marketing team members.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align event content, ABM initiatives, and digital assets with SGNL’s brand messaging and value propositions, ensuring that all campaigns reflect our unique identity security solutions.
- Design and execute promotional strategies to support events, ABM, digital campaigns, and referral initiatives, leveraging cross-channel tactics to drive audience engagement and maximize reach.
