Intiveo is on the rise, and we're searching for an energetic Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team!

The Senior Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for enhancing demand generation efforts, effectively managing paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic social media, as well as continuously optimizing channels to drive revenue. You will also stay ahead of the curve by researching new opportunities, informing and impacting our demand efforts, and owning the reporting of key metrics from all digital sources.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing and demonstrate expertise in leveraging diverse digital platforms to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize campaign data into actionable insights are essential. The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will collaborate closely with our Senior Demand Generation Manager and Campaign Strategist to align campaign strategies with business objectives.

✨What You'll Do

  • Responsible for owning and growing digital programs i.e. finding and testing new channels, optimizing and managing existing channels including paid, organic social, SEO.
  • Own paid media activities, using creativity and data to grow our lead generation via paid channels including Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Manage the execution, tracking and optimization of all advertising activity.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of all paid media spend and budgeting.
  • Create and execute an organic social media plan to distribute content and drive relevant traffic.
  • Build and monitor a thriving community on organic social by replying to comments, interacting in groups, resharing posts, and other strategies you want to test.
  • Monitor and optimize review sites including organic pages and PPC.
  • Assist in developing an SEO-driven content strategy to grow web traffic.
  • Assist in managing the Intiveo website, continuously optimizing and testing for conversion rate, and keeping up-to-date on best practices. 
  • Monitor, analyze, report and continually optimize on the performance of all digital initiatives.

      ✨Who You Are

      • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
      • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation
      • In-depth knowledge of running digital marketing channels with a proven track record of success 
      • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising
      • A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skills
      • Strong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and input to build comprehensive strategies
      • Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
      • The ability to work independently, with the confidence and initiative to define personal activities and deliverables that contribute to the achievement of team goals
