Overview


The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing programs to drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, and content—to develop integrated campaigns that engage prospects across various channels. A key aspect of this role involves planning and executing both virtual and in-person events to expand brand presence and engage target audiences.


This position is ideal for someone with experience driving growth across businesses of all sizes in the UK. We’re seeking a strategic marketer who can execute top- and mid-funnel programs, including ABM, intent-based marketing, personalization, and events while leveraging data to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Own and manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, performance marketing, partnerships, affiliates, branding, and PR.

  • Collaboration with Key Teams: Partner with product marketing to align messaging with product features and benefits.
  • Work with the content team to develop marketing assets that support campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead conversion strategies and optimize pipeline performance.

  • Event Management: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, such as vendor coordination, venue selection, booth design, registration pages, and budget oversight.
  • Implement post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert attendees into customers.

  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to nurture leads and track performance.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights through regular reporting to senior management.
  • Use data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

  • Partnerships & Affiliates: Develop high-impact partnerships to grow brand presence and accelerate customer acquisition locally.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Keep stakeholders updated on progress, performance, and key business metrics to ensure alignment and timely involvement.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and functional areas to deliver high-impact local and global campaigns.

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, event marketing, and integrated campaigns.

  • Skills & Competencies: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
