Dealpath is seeking an experienced demand generation expert to join our Marketing team. As the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager you’ll build the foundation and process for strategy, creation and execution of integrated campaigns that drive new business pipeline and meet the aggressive revenue goals of Dealpath’s SaaS business. From digital ads, to ABM,  to direct mail, you’ll deploy creative tactics across the entire buying cycle that drive demand and accelerate deals. 

You’ll work across marketing and other cross functional teams to build a demand generation marketing machine. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, results-driven marketer who’s looking for a new challenge in a creative role in which they are able to expand their strategic skill set and make a direct and measurable impact to Dealpath’s top and bottom line.  

Responsibilities:

  • Own creating pipeline for Dealpath’s software business. You will be the Demand Gen owner working closely to develop and manage the execution of our demand gen strategy. 
  • Support Marketing and Sales leadership with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and weekly performance insights.  
  • Oversee the creation, execution and management of email nurture campaigns to increase engagement with prospects and pipeline generation.
  • Create and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that communicate the value Dealpath provides to customers using on- and offline channels including: advertising, email, direct mail, webinars, and social media.   
  • Manage marketing programs that manage the entire buying cycle from acquisition to close, driving pipeline growth and improving pipeline velocity. 
  • Measure and analyze program performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved and goals exceeded.  
  • Work in partnership with Go-to-market leadership to maintain alignment through consistent reporting, feedback and campaigns. 
  • Participate in improving internal campaign production workflows. Continuously recommend new technology and processes to improve campaign effectiveness and team efficiency.  

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience preferably in a demand generation role at a growing B2B SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI-based marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics and tools.
  • Deep familiarity with Marketo and SFDC and ability to own marketing campaign automation. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills. 
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.

  • The estimated pay range for New York candidates for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 OTE.
  • This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
  • Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
