Your Mission
As Ben's Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving our performance marketing efforts and unlocking new opportunities for scalable growth. You’ll test new marketing strategies, leverage data for decision-making, and optimise campaigns to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
Things you will be working on:

Own and execute the growth marketing strategy, driving demand generation and scaling customer revenue across multiple B2B channels

Lead efforts to optimise our website, SEO, and digital user journeys, focusing on lead capture and conversion.

Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google and Linkedin to drive customer acquisition, and revenue growth, and deliver ROAS targets.

Develop and implement tests to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective.

Work closely with Sales to identify high-priority prospects and deploy account-based marketing tactics.

Function as the go-to expert for data within the team, measure the performance of marketing campaigns and channels and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Proven experience in growth and digital marketing, with a strong focus on cross-platform CRO, and paid advertising across Google and Linkedin in particular.

A track record of successfully scaling and optimised channels over time.

Are proficient in Hubspot

Deeply analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth.

Intellectually curious with a passion for driving growth through innovation and experimentation.

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects, with excellent project management skills.

In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and experience managing significant (6+ figure annual) advertising budgets.

Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and an agile approach to marketing strategy and execution.
