The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks related to project intake, resource allocation, vendor management, knowledge transfer and project planning. The Delivery Lead will work closely with the solution delivery team, business requestors, demand managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
The Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of solutions, guiding teams from the initial project intake through to implementation.
  • Lead the demand intake process to validate project requirements and ensure the availability of necessary internal or external resources in line with project plans and budget.
  • Develop and implement a consistent and effective strategy for capturing and transferring knowledge across all internal functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with procurement requirements and timely delivery of Statements of Work (SOW).


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage demands delivery pipeline: Forecast and plan pipeline in alignment with business and portfolio management team monthly/quarterly.
  • Partner with relevant functions to evaluate the impact on configuration, development, data migration, and testing in preparation of project kick-off.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to supplement ICC capacity, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the procurement process and preparation of Statements of Work (SoW) from external vendors.
  • Lead the transfer of knowledge and skills among different working groups.
  • Define, develop, and deliver effective knowledge transfer and functional training programs.
  • Prepare employee knowledge transfer plans, monitor, and ensure effectiveness.
  • Oversee deliveries by allying with vendor delivery teams and internal delivery managers, acting on behalf of the business to ensure quality product delivery meeting business demands, and reviewing delivery performance and managing escalations.


Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, resource allocation, knowledge transfer and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP systems and project intake processes.
  • Knowledge of high-level project planning and resource management.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations (SOX, OFCCP, labor laws, GMP, GxP, GCP, etc.).

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
