The mission of this role is to drive value creation through advanced analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Create, conduct and develop analysis to defined decision support areas:
- Assortment management
- Distribution/Route to market decisions
- Promotions / A&P management
- Services
- Lead identification of analytics objects that will drive the value creation of defined decision support areas
- Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics which try to answer questions “what will happen” and “what should we do”
- Provides analysis, visualization, interpretation and recommendation for business for value creation including e.g.:
- Opportunity and potential identification
- Opportunity and risk quantification
- Sensitivity illustration
- Optimization recommendation
- Advanced modelling and simulation
- Co-operation with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teams
- Leading reporting and analytics development projects, e.g., analytics innovation projects.
- Co-operation and contribution to BI team’s total roadmap creation and execution.
Key Experiences Required
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Finance or Economics).
- More than 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, analytics, or FP&A roles.
- Experience working or collaborating with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, programming languages, AI, SQL, and BI tools is considered an asset.
