Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into data and performance trends
- Create business solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and management of operating organizatins
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements
- Work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient
- Translate detailed business requirements into technical specifications/System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Describe system interface and business process specifications
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)
- 2-5 years of experience in visual analytics
- Proficient in gathering requirements and creating user stories with business users
- Expertise in Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools
- Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop and Power BI, including dashboard creation, report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management
- Proficient in SQL for writing and editing queries
- Experience building and publishing interactive dashboards on the Tableau Server
- Knowledge of scheduling dashboard for automatic data refresh
- Skilled in data blending and creating action filters, parameters, and calculations for dashboards and worksheets in Tableau
- Experience in testing, cleaning, and standardizing data to meet business standards
Preferred Skills:
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with business users and IT team members
- 3+ years of experience with C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Advanced Power BI
- Experience in Agile database development and management
- Proficient in Azure SQL Database and ADO
