We are seeking a talented Analytics Associate Manager to lead one of our Marketing Performance Analytics teams. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on developing and implementing data science solutions to optimize marketing performance and deliver actionable insights.
Responsabilities:
- This senior-level data scientist leads analytical teams and projects, leveraging agile methods and technical expertise to deliver successful outcomes. They specialize in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models for marketing optimization, building and managing cloud-based data pipelines, and automating marketing performance reporting. A core function involves translating complex analyses into practical business recommendations, and they collaborate effectively with marketing teams to identify data-driven opportunities, always prioritizing the quality and efficiency of analytical deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field- 3-5 years of experience in analytics/data science
- Strong programming skills in Python with focus on data science libraries (scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch, keras, etc)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- SQL and database management
- Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Version control (Git)
- Cloud platforms basics (Databricks, Spark, Scala knowledge is a plus)
- Agile project management experience
