We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Integrations Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help drive success for our Enterprise customers using our platform. In this role, you will build and manage and customized integrations between Brevo and our clients' external applications. Additionally, you'll play a key role in enhancing the performance and functionality of these integrations, as well as optimizing the overall implementation process to reduce time to action and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
As a Senior Data Integrations Specialist at Brevo, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows using n8n to connect Brevo to other applications, APIs, and databases
- Design, develop, and maintain custom BI dashboards tailored to clients needs using Looker and Omni tools
- Lead technical discussions with clients and prospects to understand their business and use cases of all complexities
- Comprehensively gather and document client requirements to ensure a seamless implementation
- Prepare quotes and time estimates during pre-sales phase
- Design and implementation of test methods to ensure the functionality and stability of the data integration solutions
- Maintain and debug running custom integrations
- Propose and lead efforts to make internal processes more agile, standardized, and with higher quality
What will contribute to your success:
- 3/4+ years of relevant professional experience in fast-growing software/IT companies
- Proven experience managing and implementing complex data integrations using REST API
- Proven experience working with BI tools (prior experience with Looker and Omni is a plus)
- Proven relevant experience in client-facing situations
- Knowledge of popular programming languages like JavaScript or Python
- Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- You are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- You can adapt to fast-growing environments
- Your work efficiently and effectively under deadlines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English is a must, French or German is a BIG plus
- Proven experience in usage of n8n is a plus
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus
