What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a passionate and organized Senior Data Engineer with proven hands-on experience in data engineering. You’ll bring technical expertise to implement our customers’ visions, delivering innovative solutions and fostering seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
What are you expected to do?
As a Senior Data Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement data pipelines that extract data from multiple sources and load it into a central data store.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data models to meet those needs.
- Optimization: Enhance existing data pipelines for high performance and reliability.
- Data Quality: Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor and maintain data pipelines, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Visualization: Create insightful visualizations using tools like Power BI to answer specific business questions.
- Solution Design: Participate in discovery workshops and solution design activities to elicit requirements and scope projects.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay current with industry trends, recommending tools and technologies to improve data infrastructure.

You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have 5 years or more of experience in Data Engineering
- You have hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- You have knowledge of MS Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- You are skilled in ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing.
- You have expertise in Powershell and database management systems like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- You are experienced in data transformation, manipulation, cleansing, and blending from multiple sources.
- You understand Data Governance concepts such as MDM, metadata management, data security, and data quality.
- You have a knack for database optimization.
- You excel in communication and collaboration with stakeholders to elicit requirements and scope projects.
We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:
- You have experience with tools like DBT, Talend, Informatica, or Attunity.
- You are skilled in visualizing data with tools like Tableau, Kibana, Quicksight, or Power BI.
- You have worked with Data Lakes, pipelines, and dashboard development.
- You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code and cloud deployment.
- You have exposure to platforms like Bitbucket, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- You hold certifications in AWS or Azure solution architecture or data-related specialties.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
