WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in advanced data modeling, automation, and business intelligence solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, the ability to mentor junior analysts, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer
  • Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Report Builder.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, database management, and optimization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and
  • Databricks.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git) for analytics deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and effectively
  • communicate findings to stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Python for data automation and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, and
  • clustering.
  • Expertise in data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant cloud
  • certifications.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of data excellence.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  1. Requirements gathering. Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
  2. Data Visualization & Storytelling. Create compelling interactive dashboards that present data findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  3. Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
  4. Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
  5. Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
  6. Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
