The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions by building, developing and optimizing dashboards and data models. You will work closely together with the wider FP&A team and partner with business stakeholders in sales, finance and product teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis to support decision making. You will also work closely with the data engineering team to improve data accuracy and data models.

The position is hybrid based in our Helsinki office, 3 days a week in the office.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop dashboards to visualize key metrics, trends and drill downs using Preset
- Deliver in-depth analysis to explain key metrics and drivers to provide actionable insights
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and drive data-informed decisions
- Own quality, business logic and reporting of key performance metrics
- Work together with the data engineering team to improve and develop our data models
- Participate in developing our data and dashboard quality initiatives and processes
What We're Looking For
- Analytical and detail oriented mindset with strong business acumen
- Expertise in data visualization, including experience in working with business intelligence tools like Superset/Sisense/Tableau/PowerBI
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience in developing and refactoring data models
- Experience in Python
