Senior Data Analyst – Strategic Portfolio Planning

This role will be part of an embedded team with strategic clients. A primary focus will be one of the largest Software Companies headquartered in Silicon Valley. The role has a lot of opportunities for advancement and is suitable for someone motivated to have direct client interaction and be able to partner with JLL leadership to set the long-term role direction for maximum benefit to the candidate, the client and JLL.
The Strategic Portfolio Planning Analyst position is a role within the JLL Technologies delivery team, responsible for managing and optimising JLL client portfolios through data analysis and integrity.
This position requires interaction with account leadership teams, clients, vendors, operations, and support staff in a dynamic environment consistent with handling multiple project demands.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize the supply and demand forecast of the real estate client’s portfolio
- Collaborate closely with real estate and transaction teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of site demand needs
- Conduct scenario planning analysis to identify optimal real estate strategies aligned with various forecast outcomes
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and tools.
- Deliver high-quality data reporting and analysis to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into the overall health, performance, and trends of the real estate portfolio
- Build strong relationships with real estate, transaction, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate complex concepts and findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency through the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing errors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and minimum three (3) years of related work experience.
- Preferred Masters Degree or equivalent Certifications in Business Analytics
- Strong foundation in data modeling using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Sheets) and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Google Colab, AppScript).
- Strong business acumen in corporate real estate, coupled with proficient data analysis skills to solve real-world challenges
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- A self-motivated and driven individual who takes initiative to identify and implement improvements
- Willingness and ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-qua ity results
- Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and is always looking for ways to innovate
