Clarivate is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team within our Product Operations organization. This is an opportunity to work on our customer usage analytics to collaborate with various stakeholders from different departments and oversee and optimize the operations of the product team, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration, high-quality product launches, and continuous improvement of processes. Contribute to product operations efficiency and enhancements by focusing on process improvements and identifying operational inefficiencies to contribute to the organization’s goals.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

5+ years of relevant experience

5+ years of experience using Excel and Power Point

2+ years of experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

2+ years of experience working with SQL, PostgreSQL

Proficient level of English language
It would be great if you also had…
- Previous experience with product analytics and user engagement platforms: Experienced in using tools like Pendo to enhance customer experiences in digital products.
What will you be doing in this role?

Manage product data and perform updates to ensure operational accuracy and data integrity.

Analyse data to support decisions regarding product migrations and retirement of outdated product features.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product managers to monitor and track product delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Provide feedback on how new products are received by sales and customer support teams.

Manage risks and issues, coming up with solutions when problems arise and report progress and status to leadership teams as required.

Investigate and tackle unstructured problems and hypotheses and answer them with analyses that tell a story focused on insights and recommendations, not just data.
About the Team
You will be working with a team of 4 in Usage analytics. You will be partnering up with sales and product team to support them and work with data on different lenses.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
