For our Data based at our HQ in Berlin - Schöneberg, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x)
Your tasks:
Data Analysis:
- Analyse and interpret data from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Project Leadership:
- Lead data exploration projects to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data needs for various business initiatives.
Dashboard Creation:
- Develop and maintain dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor and analyse critical business metrics.
Report Generation:
- Generate reports that provide valuable insights to support decision-making across multiple teams.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations align with our deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear expectations for scope and timeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and product managers.
Enablement:
- Provide support to enhance daily reporting and analytics tasks within the company.
- Offer training and education to team members on data analysis tools and techniques for better decision-making
Your profile
- 4+ years’ experience as a data analyst
- Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualisation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Experience working with Python.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics & tracking data
- Fluency in English (C1)
