Location & Office Attendance:
This position is located in our Kitchener, Ontario in our beautiful new office. This is a Hybrid position that requires 3 days per week office attendance with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Position Summary:
CSI Global IT is responsible for the delivery of critical enterprise-wide IT systems and services. As a member of the IT Cybersecurity team, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure the ongoing availability, reliability, and security of the Canadian Solar information assets in a cost-effective manner.
Professional Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.

8+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.

Strong background in IAM, Endpoint Security, Email Security, SASE/Cloud Security solutions, and Threat Management.

Experience with security products such as Bitsight, Cymulate, and Netskope.

Expert knowledge of IT security processes (ticketing systems, change control, disaster recovery, and security administration).

Experience leading penetration testing, Red Team assessments, and adversary emulation.

Project management experience related to cybersecurity initiatives.

Experience with Active Directory, SAML, ADFS, Kerberos, LDAP, GPO, DHCP, DNS.

Strong background in Microsoft 365 security (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Experience securing IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.

Experience with SIEM solutions, SOAR, and incident response tools.

Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell preferred).

Experience managing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures is an asset.

Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS certifications are a plus but not required.
