Our Global Relationship Success Manager is a trusted advisor and consultant for our customers on a one-to-one basis. The GRSM forms a direct relationship with our customers to help them grow and achieve goals. This role will be actively engaged in day-to-day operations and problem-solving for customers and works with customers to ensure they are receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals.
What a day in the life looks like:
You will be a trusted advisor and consultant for our customers, providing value-driven experiences to help them grow and achieve goals while strengthening the relationship with Körber Supply Chain Software. The role will be actively involved in the customer journey, working with them to ensure they are receiving the tools and support to achieve their goals.

Partner with Global Solution Success Manager to build and grow customer relationship and establish themselves as a trusted advisor for their full customer book of business.

Responsible to manage and maintain customer profile information for complete accuracy.

Drive or support value discussions with customers that cover best practices, support internal adoption via change management.

Solve customer business challenges, keep them abreast of new features and how it improves their solution.

Establish and delivery of executive level business reviews on established schedule.

Provide as needed hands-on feature demonstration and spot training to support customer needs.

Manage and reduce customer risk situations as it relates to support, solution, product, and technology.

Responsible directly for managing the customer health relationship and solution health or partnering with the Solution Success Operations team as appropriate.

Provide guidance and support to team members as an industry and product expert.
Working pattern and hours - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
This is a remote position. This opportunity is 100% virtual within the United States.
What you bring to the team:

Ability to drive to successful completion of multiple priorities proactively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally Salesforce, customer success platform, ideally ChurnZero.

Ability to work independently and offsite as required, expected travel will be 20-50% based on customer needs.

Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to think out-of-the-box and establish credibility with your target audience quickly by demonstrating discipline, industry knowledge and creativity.

Expert level of experience (5+ years) in supply chain industry.

Supply chain industry experience implementing a SaaS Enterprise TMS.
