The opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Customer Experience Partner, specializing in Cold Chain Logistics (CCL). As a key player in our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of CCL accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction across Maersk's product offerings.

  • Utilize ERP/WMS systems to process shipment data, billables, and monitor AP/AR KPIs for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Proactively monitor cargo status, resolving issues promptly to prevent supply chain disruptions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.

  • Actively engage with origin Cold Chain CX teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.

  • Manage customer queries professionally and diligently, driving continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent with 4+ years of functional experience in transportation or logistics.

  • 2+ years of Refrigerated Cargo/Cold Chain Logistics experience.

  • Knowledge of refrigerated 3PL warehousing operations and billing processes.

  • Strong client or program management experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, independently, and as a team player.

  • Visible demonstration of Maersk Values and winning behaviors.

  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, data analytics, and reporting.

Pay Range: $65,000-$78,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
