  • Learning Journey Facilitation: Guiding customers through their learning journey, providing support, motivation, and answering questions.
  • Coordinating learning activities: Managing the planning and execution of live learning and certification activities. This will require working closely with content developers, account team members, and facilitators.
  • Learning Maturity Development: Supporting a culture of continuous learning within customers' organizations. This can include analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for learning adoption.
  • Content Collaboration: In some cases, learning specialists collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and authorized training to create targeted training materials based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate has a background in training facilitation, needs analysis, and performance consulting. They thrive in a customer-facing role, have excellent organizational skills, and are adept at motivating and supporting diverse stakeholders in achieving their learning goals.
