Job Description:
Kantar's Insights Division is seeking a talented and passionate graphic designer to join our studio that supports the Middle East, Africa & Turkey. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating design and creative insights in client reports, presentations, proposals, workshop and marketing materials. This role is crucial in producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our clients. It’s important to note that PowerPoint design is key to this position.
Key Responsibilities:

PowerPoint design: Demonstrate an unusual love for PowerPoint design, creating engaging and visually stunning presentations.

Adobe Creative Cloud expertise: Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality graphics, infographics, illustrations, and layouts.

Design development: Create visually appealing designs for Kantar's digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, client reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Brand consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with Kantar's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other internal clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions.

Project management: Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them to enhance Kantar's visual content.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and especially PowerPoint.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:

Experience working with CMS environments such as Joomla, Drupal & WordPress, with an extensive history managing and maintaining scripts in java, MySQL, PHP, CSS and html.

Able to shoot, edit and create video across multiple formats.
