About the Team:
Supported by the Director of GTM Systems, we are a team of Salesforce builders contributing to the operational excellence of Sales, Service and Marketing through the lead-to-cash process life cycles. We provide leadership and expertise on our systems company-wide, generating the vision for our systems portfolio to match the "what is needed" with what gets built and delivered.
About the Role:
As the Salesforce Sr. CPQ Specialist, you will be a key member of the GTM Systems team, responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce CPQ solution. You will play a critical role in enabling our sales teams to efficiently and accurately quote and configure complex deals, driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex CPQ solutions: This includes configuring price rules, discount schedules, product bundles, and other CPQ features to accurately reflect our pricing models and business rules.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the CPQ environment: Troubleshoot issues, resolve user queries, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of CPQ data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with revenue operations, sales, product, finance, and legal teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that the CPQ solution meets all business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the CPQ solution, improve user experience, increase efficiency, and reduce quote cycle time, minimize errors, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay current with Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features: Continuously learn and apply new knowledge to improve the effectiveness of the CPQ solution.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: Contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of CPQ solutions.
- Document and maintain all CPQ configurations: Ensure that all configurations are well-documented and easily understood by other team members.
- Support Sales Enablement in training and support to sales teams: Educate sales teams on the use of the CPQ solution and ensure they are effectively utilizing all its features.
- Contribute to the overall success of the GTM organization: Play a key role in enabling the sales team to achieve its revenue targets.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders: Build strong relationships with sales leaders, product managers, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
- Communicate effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork: Actively participate in team discussions, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
About You:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including data models, workflows, and security.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement those solutions effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of pricing and packaging strategies, and their impact on business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical 1 audiences.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
$142,000—$165,000 USD
