Position Overview:

The Senior Sales Specialist will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients, presenting our products' value propositions, and effectively closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company's software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS, technology, or corporate services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
