The Senior Creative Copywriter's mission:
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Copywriter who’s not just a wordsmith—but a strategic thinker, a storyteller, and a collaborator. You’ll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life through compelling copy across multiple digital channels. Working hand-in-hand with our Creative Director and Creative Design Specialist, you’ll transform insights and strategy into emotionally resonant and conversion-driven content that connects deeply with our customers.

The expected outcomes:
- Autonomous strategic decisions that consistently improve campaign effectiveness, business performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversion rates), and overall content quality.
- Enhanced content efficiency, creative ideation, and messaging effectiveness through strategic use of generative AI and LLM tools.
- Consistent clarity and logical alignment in messaging, proactively identifying and adjusting copy that doesn’t strategically resonate with target audiences.
- Deep resonance with the Mexican fintech market, creating culturally relevant and strategically precise messaging aligned with regulatory compliance.
- Scalable, repeatable communication frameworks and tone-of-voice guidelines ensuring consistency across multiple customer touchpoints and multiple customer needs (social media, customer support, ads, organic blogs, in-app experience).
- Performance-optimized messaging tailored specifically to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, deeply aligned with each platform’s audience behaviors and metrics.
- Integrated, coherent messaging strategies effectively connecting paid media and owned channels (email, app notifications, WhatsApp).
The day to day tasks:
- Execute the creative strategy defined with the Creative Director, ensuring tone and messaging align with Baubap’s brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Design Specialist to develop integrated creative concepts across digital campaigns, product messaging, and social media content.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for a variety of formats: paid ads, landing pages, app content, email, social, and more.
- Tailor messaging for each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring every touchpoint feels personal and purposeful.
- Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging language that resonates with our audience.
- Champion the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, motivations, and behaviors.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing fresh perspectives and bold ideas to the table.
- Stay on top of trends in digital advertising, fintech, and social media to keep our communications fresh and effective.
- Being able to communicate the ideas to content creators,
- Leveraging generative AI to ideate, draft, and optimize copy for different campaigns and channels.
- Reviewing daily campaign metrics, interpreting performance data (CTR, CR, CPA, conversion volume), and iteratively refining copy.
- Critically assessing existing and upcoming content strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, customer insights, and business logic.
- Creating and maintaining clear, scalable communication systems, voice guidelines, and content frameworks for the team.
- Collaborating actively with marketing, product, and growth teams to identify messaging opportunities and content innovations for growth.
- Writing, editing, and optimizing digital ad copy (Google, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and performance indicators.
- Ensuring daily content alignment and coherence between paid channels and owned communication channels (app, push notifications, WhatsApp, email).

- You have experience working in fintech, financial products, banking industry.
- You have experience in startups, or fast-scaling environments is a plus, but not a must.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
