What you’ll do

We provide clients across all our service lines with a dedicated Conveyancing team, backed by cutting-edge case management technology, allowing us to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. As a Senior Conveyancer you will work with the wider team to provide businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Be part of a market leading New Homes Conveyancing team.
• Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
• Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
• Undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
• Drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
• Ensure an appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
• Work closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, passionate and driven Conveyancers to join us and in return we will support you and your career development through ongoing comprehensive training.

For this role you'll bring:

• Proven experience working as a successful Conveyancer, or Senior Conveyancer in a New Homes environment.
• Experience handling a busy caseload taking ownership of matters through to completion.
• Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to tackle issues and problems in a logical, step by step way.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• A shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
