Senior Contracts Administrator:
The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for developing and administering a vendor management program under the direction of the Data Center Campus Director. The scope of the vendor management program covers the complete lifecycle of contractor relationships including vendor identification, assessment, onboarding, KPI tracking, AP coordination, contract renewals, and offboarding. Under limited direct supervision, the Senior Contracts Administrator upholds the highest standards of integrity for business relationships and maximizes the value of every contract executed.
Salary: $110k-$150k/yr + 10% annual bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure contract requests align with company guidelines, track with operations department needs, and maintain good financial judgement.
- Build and maintain vendor contract files ensuring they contain current, accurate information.
- Manage and report on functional components of site finances (purchase orders, billing, etc.)
- Be the subject matter expert for all department contracts, including the administration of a contract repository and expiration tracker.
- Evaluate requests for vendor relationships from internal stakeholders, guide them through the standard framework for vendor onboarding, and provide comparative analysis to support a well-informed contract awarding process without bias.
- Draft changes to standard contract language as required.
- Coordinate payables and receivables associated with contracts in the portfolio.
- Prepare invoices for tenants, reconcile accounts, review incoming invoices for errors/accuracy with lease documents, and ensure accurate coding.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Be the central resource for the team on contract procedures, concepts, policies, and changes to the same.
- Assist with the development of financial policy and standards for the company.
- Executes, renews, and terminates vendor contracts as needed by internal stakeholders and financial best practices.
- Completes administrative tasks including, but not limited to, financial metrics, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, legal studies, finance, or a related area of study. Or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of four years of related work experience, preferably including property management, supply chain management, accounting, or vendor management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, (etc.)
- Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM™) certification.
- Development of new processes for quality and efficiency.
- Experience working in facilities management, critical facilities, or data centers.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Must be willing to submit to a full criminal background check, results of which may or may not bar employment, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks
- Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
- Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
- Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
- Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
- Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
- Possession of a valid driver’s license for work-related travel, as required
