The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist – Team Lead to manage the F-15 EX production program and drive contracting initiatives in Berkeley, MO.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Proposal Efforts: Analyze Requests for Proposals, manage proposal development, and navigate negotiations with expertise

Drive Success: Identify potential risks and leverage your authority to finalize contracts and agreements

Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with customers while ensuring clear and effective communication
Position Responsibilities:
-
Utilizes signature authority to lead and engage in negotiations and contracts for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and intellectual property licensing, aligning with company strategies

Drives the creation and presentation of innovative business solutions aimed at preserving and expanding our market presence

Acts as the company’s representative in negotiations with a diverse range of customers, fostering strong relationships and collaboration

Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets, and manages complex contractual agreements for The Boeing Company, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives

Facilitates coordination and collaboration with various internal functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
-
Analyzes complex contractual issues and spearheads the development of creative solutions while coordinating efforts to mitigate contractual risks
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
-
5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
-
5+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Strong leadership, analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
-
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and other government regulations

Summary pay range: $100,300 – $135,700
