Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join our Procurement Shared Services Group - Vendor Information Security Management (VISM) team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for reviewing existing/proposed new contracts as part of an overall Vendor Risk Assessment Process to determine whether the contract meets Manulife’s standards and requirements for Information Security. Performing an accurate assessment of a contract requires a fair amount of detailed preparation

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and assigning the queue of contract review requests flowing through the Contracts mailbox for North America operations.
- Assisting the Vendor Information Security Management (VISM) Team with the contract review component of the vendor risk assessments.
- Coordinate resolution of residual contract issues following contract execution including documentation of risk issues associated with clauses that may not have met Manulife’s standards despite the best efforts of negotiations.
- May lead other special projects for the Company in areas of experience and expertise.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Reporting locally alongside our Procurement Shared Services Group - Vendor Information Security Management (VISM) Team here in the Philippines.
- Working directly with our North American Contracts Team (Canada and US counterparts).
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Contracts Administration, Legal and/or Technical (i.e. Information Technology) background/experience
- Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Open to Hybrid setup
- Willing to work on a night shift
Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Interpretation, drafting, and negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization (internally and externally).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results oriented; working collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Familiarity with the use of Adobe Pro and SharePoint.
