About the Role:  

We're seeking a strategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our integrated campaign strategy and SEO initiatives. This role will be instrumental in establishing our brand as a thought leader in the HR Tech space while driving qualified leads through compelling content across multiple channels. 

You will be a part of SeekOut’s Corporate Marketing Team and will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to craft and launch market-facing materials that bring our brand and product messaging to life.  

This role is responsible for owning the content marketing strategy, including all assets supporting our buyers' journeys, enabling us to deliver integrated campaigns, evolve SEO, and generate pipeline. The ideal candidate is a bold storyteller who can transform market insights into breakthrough campaigns while maintaining a relentless focus on growth and measurable impact. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Lead content strategies supporting SeekOut's overall go-to-market strategies 
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar covering our website, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, webinars, sales collateral and social media content 
  • Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, and content development, creation, editing and optimization 
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to develop content for multi-channel campaigns and disseminate content supporting every stage of our buyer journey 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into powerful narratives that resonate with HR leaders 
  • Turn competitive insights into advantage by analyzing and adapting to market content trends 
  • Measure and report on content performance, using data to optimize future content strategies 
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content initiatives 

 What you should have:   

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a content marketer, product marketer, and/or campaign manager (or related field) in the B2B technology industry 
  • Proficient writing and optimizing SEO content strategy for improved rankings  
  • Proven ability to craft differentiated campaign narratives that cut through market noise and drive engagement 
  • Expert communicator who writes compelling narratives that resonate with technical audiences and/or HR buyers 
  • Experience defining a content strategy for both new and existing products or offerings 
  • Record of turning data insights into strategic wins that move the business forward 
  • Proficient understanding of SaaS technology, vernacular and landscape  
  • Experience in HR/Recruiting tech preferred

Base Salary Hiring Range: $90,630 - $120,200 annually
