Senior Project Manager
We are looking for you, a Senior Project Manager to join our Autodesk Project Management team in EMEA! As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our Midmarket and Named Account customers from start to end.
Consulting services help our Customers realize the full potential of our design, engineering, construction and entertainment software, accelerate their design and solve business and environmental challenges.
You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project delivery team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution and assure that we are following internal processes and policies.

Main responsibilities
-
Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies

Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs.

Translate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team.

Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools

Monitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters and manage project risks

Manage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing
-
Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
-
Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bring up 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting with experience in the IT, AEC or MFG industry
-
Have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships
-
Have working proficiency in English and another European language

Have a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliver

Value processes and compliance
-
Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel
-
Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty
-
Have a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field

Demonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification or similar recommended

Additional European language(s) recommended
