Job Summary

Responsible for contributing to the mission and vision of the Company by serving as an elevated point-of-contact within Human Resources Service Delivery and for external business partners. Provides a high degree of consultative support and subject matter expertise to assist with the support of specialized workstreams and overall team operations. Responsible for ensuring appropriate resolution of escalated issues and timely communication to the customer, client or business partner consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides consultation to domestic and international Company employees, People Leaders & HR Professionals on all HR related inquiries and business process transactions. Supports areas including, but not limited to: Payroll Related Processes and Policies, HR Business Processes and Policies, Compensation, Recruitment, Human Capital Management, Security, Reporting, Leave of Absence, Learning, etc.
  • Stays up to date on core Employee, HR, and Senior Leader Business Processes and acts as a subject matter expert on specialized content such as: Executive Support, Voluntary Retirement Programs, Unemployment, Payroll, Performance, Learning & Technology.
  • Has a continued focus on employee and customer experience by assessing areas for process improvement and collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Supports Tier 1, Tier 2 and new teammates by providing guidance and education on relevant content and complex and/or escalated matters.
  • Partners with Tier 4 teammates to successfully execute internal projects and programs. Leads and/or co-leads projects relating to internal transfers, leadership assessments, and other Human Resources Service Delivery concierge services.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams on escalated and/or complex matters, process/service improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes including but not limited to: HR Service Delivery, Centers of Excellence, and local Business Partners. Acts as a designated point of contact for partnerships with external COEs.
  • Partners with Human Resources Service Delivery leadership and workforce management teams to assist with operational planning and overall team operations. Provides real-time guidance and positive reinforcement to team members.
  • Assists with the content development and execution of Human Resource Service Delivery training and onboarding, including new team members and as part of ongoing team development.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

National Pay Range:

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
